2-3 Contact resistance:
When the contact is in the closed state, the contact resistance between the two contacts of the thermal protector should not exceed 50m Ω.
4-4 Insulation resistance:
The insulation resistance is above 100M Ω.
2-5 Moisture resistance
After being placed in an environment with a temperature of 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of 95% for 10 hours, it meets the requirements of items 4-4 and has no abnormal changes in its appearance and structure.
2-6 cycle heating
After being cycled at temperatures of -20 ℃ and+90 ℃ every 2 hours for 10 times, it meets the requirements of items 4-4 and has no abnormal changes in appearance and structure.
42-7 Heat resistance
After being placed at a temperature of 130 ℃ for 10 hours, it meets the requirements of items 4-4 and has no abnormal changes in appearance and structure.
2-8 Cold resistance
After being placed at a temperature of -20 ℃ for 10 hours, it meets the requirements of items 4-4 and there are no abnormal changes in its appearance and structure.
The change in operating temperature is within 5 ℃.
2-9 Repeated opening and closing durability
At room temperature, after 2000 tests under rated load conditions of AC 50Hz, voltage 220V, and power factor COS ∧=0.7, the rated operating temperature should be within ± 5 ℃ of the initial value, and the contacts should not undergo fusion welding. After 6000 more tests, the thermal protector should still be able to operate.
2-10 Vibration resistance
A fixed frequency test with a vibration frequency of 50Hz, an amplitude of 0.35mm, and a duration of 90min shall be conducted. After the test, the rated disconnection temperature shall comply with the provisions of 4-2.
2-11 Drop impact resistance
After falling from a height of 1200mm to the concrete floor three times, there is no abnormal change in its appearance and structure. The operating temperature is within 5 ℃.
