Emperature fuse is a non resettable thermal protector mainly used for overheating protection of household appliances. When the surface temperature of the fuse rises to Tf temperature, the fuse physically cuts off the circuit through its internal structure. Its sealing structure ensures the stability and reliability of its fuse system, which is not affected by harsh environments such as external humidity. Its main characteristics are: sensitive to external temperature, accurate and stable operating temperature, small size, and reliable performance.

Before the action(Figure 1):
At normal operating temperature, the current is led from one end through the metal casing, contacts, and then to the other end through the lead wire (contact wire), making the circuit smooth (and vice versa)
After the action(Figure 2):
When the device is in an abnormal working state and reaches the set temperature of the thermal fuse due to temperature rise, the temperature sensing body melts, the drum spring automatically relaxes, and the contact piece moves under the action of the straight spring, causing the contact piece and contact wire to disconnect and the circuit to be cut off.
